Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry had some interesting postgame comments about the altercation with Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley in Sunday night's matchup between the two teams.

Curry and Beverley got into a minor scuffle during the Warriors' 129-127 victory at Oracle Arena, and both players got hit with a technical foul for their part.

But Curry didn't seem to think too much of it and decided to take a lighthearted approach to explain how the whole thing unfolded.

Here's what Stephen Curry had to say about his involvement in the altercation with Patrick Beverley, courtesy of Mark Medina of The Mercury News:

Of course, this wasn't the most noteworthy moment of the game for Curry, who scored the game-winning bucket with less than a second remaining to give Golden State its 23rd win of the season.

He was simply tremendous throughout the game in racking up 42 points in 36 minutes of action, while teammate Kevin Durant was just as effective in notching a double-double with 35 points and 12 rebounds.

The Warriors managed to pick up the win despite an incredible shooting performance from the Clippers, who went 18-of-23 from 3-point range for a  ridiculous 78.3 percent on the game.

But the Warriors were able to counteract some of that by shooting 86.1 percent from the free-throw line in making 31 of their 36 attempts.

Now, Steve Kerr's group will get a day to recharge before the Christmas Day showdown with the Los Angeles Lakers, who are coming off a 107-99 defeat at the hands of the Memphis Grizzlies.
