Golden State Warriors power forward Draymond Green is getting in what could be his last workout of the 2019-20 season on Monday.

The NBA suspended the season last Wednesday after Utah Jazz All-Star center Rudy Gobert tested positive for the coronavirus. Jazz shooting guard Donovan Mitchell and Detroit Pistons big man Christian Wood have the virus as well.

The Warriors feared superstar point guard Stephen Curry had it because he was sick, but it appears the two-time MVP is okay.

The 2019-20 season has been an utter disaster for the Warriors from start to finish. The Dubs entered the season as huge underdogs after losing Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala in the same summer. Moreover, everyone pretty much knew All-Star shooting guard Klay Thompson wasn't going to play this season because of his left ACL injury.

With that said, the Warriors were going to depend on Green, Curry and D'Angelo Russell a lot this season. The three All-Stars had to play elite every night for the Dubs to compete sans Durant, Iguodala and Thompson.

Once Curry broke his left hand against the Phoenix Suns, the season was over. The Warriors had the worst record in the NBA before the season was suspended and they were on their way to missing the playoffs for the first time in the Steve Kerr era.

While the Warriors should be playoff contenders next season once Curry, Thompson, Green and newcomer Andrew Wiggins take the floor together, we don't even know when the 2020-21 season may start, as we have to first see what's going to happen with the current campaign.
