Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson recently got some shots up with NFL quarterbacks Sam Darnold, Josh Allen and Kyle Allen.

As expected, Thompson was draining 3s during his workout with the three NFL stars.

Warriors fans can't wait to watch Thompson back in action in 2020-21. The three-time champion has been training without restrictions for the past few months and looks ready to tear up the NBA again.

Thompson missed the entire 2019-20 campaign recovering from his ACL tear. The All-Star averaged 21.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists for the Warriors in 2018-19 while shooting 46.7 percent from the field, 40.2 percent from beyond the arc and 81.6 percent from the free-throw line.

During the 2019 playoffs, Thompson put up 20.7 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game. He tore his ACL in Game 6 of the 2019 Finals against the Toronto Raptors. The Dubs not only lost Thompson in Game 6 and the overall series, but two-time Finals MVP Kevin Durant left the franchise for the Brooklyn Nets in free agency.

The Warriors, though, are expected to be playoff contenders again in 2020-21 with Stephen Curry, Thompson, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins leading the charge. Golden State will also have a top pick in the 2020 NBA Draft since the team had the worst record in the NBA this season before games were suspended in March due to COVID-19.

Since getting drafted by the Warriors in 2011, Klay Thompson has compiled averages of 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists.
