After a horrendous start to the NBA season, things are seemingly going the Washington Wizards' way especially after their big win over the Denver Nuggets on Thursday. Star guard Bradley Beal is definitely happy with the turnout but confessed that he's hungry for more victories.

Their nail-biting 112-110 win over the Nuggets marked their seventh win in the last 10 games. It's a pretty good run considering they were 3-12 at one point in the season. What made it more impressive is that they beat the Nuggets, a team that's been a heavy contender for the past few years.

But Beal isn't resting on his laurels. The Wizards, in his eyes, are far from playing perfect basketball. Per Fred Katz of The Athletic, Beal believes that his team hasn't really accomplished much.

But the 27-year-old Beal isn't also being too hard on himself. At the beginning of the season, fans saw a disgruntled Beal on the bench, absorbing a horrific loss despite a ton of productive games offensively. Now, he's simply happy to be on the winning side of things.

The Wizards' losses despite Beal's offensive outbursts were so bad that the three-time All-Star became the subject of wild trade rumors. Some said the Los Angeles Lakers, the Miami Heat, or some other contender should get him. Analysts and fans strongly believed that Beal is just wasting his talents and time with the Wizards.

But amid all of it, Bradley Beal, who's been having a breakout campaign, remained firm in his belief that he can still win with the team that drafted him third overall in 2012.
