Fox Sports' Nick Wright, a noted LeBron James fan, called Brooklyn Nets point guard Kyrie IrvingBradley Beal with a ring” while discussing Irving's latest polarizing comments, and the Washington Wizards star didn't appreciate it.

Irving broke NBA Twitter on Thursday when he said he's excited to play with Kevin Durant since he's got a teammate who can hit a big shot as well. It was seemingly a diss towards James, who was teammates with Irving on the Cleveland Cavaliers for three seasons. The duo won the 2016 title over the Golden State Warriors in seven games, with Irving hitting the game-winning shot over Stephen Curry.

On Friday, Wright said, “Listen, I'm happy for Bradley Beal with a ring, but that's what Kyrie is but he thinks he's someone else.”

When Beal saw that comment from Wright, he immediately took to Twitter to fire back at the FS1 personality.

Wright responded to Beal's tweet and the two basically hashed things out without getting too personal.

Both Kyrie Irving and Bradley Beal are two of the deadliest scorers in the game. Beal hasn't played in the Finals yet since he's never been fortunate enough to have LeBron James as a teammate.

Before James came back to the Cavs in 2014, Irving didn't make the playoffs once with Cleveland and his two years with the Boston Celtics were pretty dysfunctional despite Uncle Drew putting up great numbers.

Beal averaged 30.5 points per game for the Wizards in 2019-20. However, he didn't make the All-Star team or one of the three All-NBA squads, so Beal has been a little upset over his two snubs.

There is no debating, though, that Beal is one of the top players in the league. Wizards fans are hoping Beal and John Wall can lead the team back to the playoffs in 2020-21.
