The fantasy football playoffs start in two weeks for most standard leagues. Now is the time to really pay attention and make sure you have the right quarterback in the lineup. It's time to continue our fantasy series with a look at our Fantasy Football Week 13 options, including a breakdown of fantasy quarterback options.

Quarterbacks are an interesting position to keep an eye on for this week. Taysom Hill is on schedule to return to the New Orleans Saints on a short week and is projected to play well, but will he? Kyler Murray is also on pace to return for the Arizona Cardinals and he should be an instant starter against the Chicago Bears if available. Fantasy football owners need to really pay attention to matchups because some elite QB's face tough opponents in Week 13 and there are better options to consider. Let's take a look at the QB's you should start or sit for Week 13.

Fantasy Football Week 13 Start ‘Em

Kirk Cousins – Minnesota Vikings

Cousins continues to impress this season and has worked his way into the top-10 among fantasy quarterbacks. He threw his first interception since Week 5 but also threw two touchdown passes in the loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Cousins needs to be considered for these next few weeks because he could be of real value in the fantasy football playoffs. He faces a weak Detroit Lions defense this week who are ranked 18th against opposing QBs. Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson are making his job a lot easier as well. If you have the option to start him I would seriously consider it.

Carson Wentz – Indianapolis Colts

Wentz is another guy who has silenced many doubters this year. He ranks 10th among all fantasy quarterbacks this year and could be even higher if it weren't for the domination of Jonathan Taylor. He's fresh off of a 308-yard game with three passing touchdowns. If he didn't turn the ball over three times he could've finished with a lot more points. He faces the 24th ranked Houston Texans defense this week which shouldn't be much of an issue for him. Wentz is a QB1 candidate in Week 13.

Tyrod Taylor – Houston Texans

Since Taylor's return, he's found the endzone twice in each game. He ran it in twice against the Tennessee Titans and threw two passing touchdowns last week against the New York Jets. He'll face the Colts this week who rank 26th against opposing quarterbacks. He isn't started in many leagues but he could play better than your typical starter if he's going up against a tough defense.

Fantasy Quarterbacks Sit ‘Em

Joe Burrow – Cincinnati Bengals

Burrow is facing a tough defensive secondary in Week 13. The LA Chargers don't allow the opposing quarterbacks to hurt them. A major reason for that is their horrible run defense. No one allows more yards than the Chargers and that should allow for Bengals running back Joe Mixon to go off. Expect Mixon to be the focal point of the offense and earn a ton of carries. That will slow Burrow's fantasy value down for this week. I would consider starting someone else if you have the opportunity. Burrow hasn't reached 20 fantasy points in a game since Week 8 against the Jets.

Ben Roethlisberger – Pittsburgh Steelers

Are we finally starting to see the decline of Big Ben? It's starting to seem like it and the Steelers are an inconsistent team because of it. He ended what might have been the worst game of his career as he turned it over three times in the blowout loss to the Bengals. He faces a difficult Ravens defense in Week 13 and if it doesn't go well like expected, then the Steelers have some major thinking to do.

Mac Jones – New England Patriots

Jones is playing well as of late and finished with 310 yards and two TDs in the win over the Titans on Sunday. This week is going to be a tough one for him as he'll face the No.1 defense. The Buffalo Bills are dominant on the defensive side this year and do not allow opposing quarterbacks any fun. I wouldn't consider starting Jones as there are many better options for this week.
