The Masters Tournament is back to its normal schedule, with the 85th staging of the prestigious PGA TOUR event all set to kick off on Apr. 8 down at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Last year, Dustin Johnson blew our collective minds away by setting an insane new record at Augusta on his way to winning his first green jacket. All eyes will be on him again, as he looks to defend his crown, but there are plenty more other talented golfers vying to come away with the biggest cut of the purse.  With that said, it's time to take a peek at some of the players' Masters odds to win the 2021 Masters.

Favorites to win the 2021 Masters

It shouldn't come as a big surprise that Johnson is the odds-on favorite to win this weekend in Augusta. Johnson currently has a Masters odds of +900 to add another green jacket to his collection, the shortest odds among all golfers expected to tee off this coming Thursday.

As mentioned earlier, Johnson set the course on fire the last time he played in the Masters, scoring 20-under-par 268 to break the record previously held by Tiger Woods and Jordan Spieth. Speaking of Spieth, he's another golfer to watch out for. Spieth has just completed a remarkable journey back to the top after winning the Valero Texas Open on Sunday. That was his first PGA TOUR win in almost 1,400 days.

He had fallen off a cliff after winning the British Open in 2017 but had been playing well even before his latest win. Spieth, who's got a green jacket of his own, having won in Augusta back in 2015, is +1000 to win his first major in four years. Spieth has four top 10s and six top 25s in seven career appearances at the Augusta National Golf Club. This season, he has made the cut 10 times in 14 starts.

Top sleeper picks

If you're looking for a tasty sleeper to lay money on, one golfer to consider is Corey Conners (Masters odds: +12000). Conners hasn't won anything yet this season, but he's consistently played well. He is 13 of 16 to date and has five top 10s. His best finish so far was a solo third in the Arnold Palmer Invitational back in March. He followed that up with a solo seventh-place finish in the PLAYERS Championship. Conners is also ninth on the Tour with a 69.65 driving accuracy percentage and 11th with 71.4 greens in regulation percentage. He's not bad of a sleeper pick, considering his current odds.

You could also look in the direction of Louis Oosthuizen. The South African pro has gone 6 of 6 since being cut at the RSM Classic in November, though, he hasn't seen much action of late. In his last start, he finished with a T61 in the World Golf Championships-Dell Technologies Match Play. But it's his experience playing in Augusta which bettors will be paying for this sleeper. Oosthuizen has made 12 career starts in Augusta, with his best finish there being a solo runner-up performance in 20212 when he went 10-under-278.

Final 2021 Masters Prediction & Pick

At this point, the safest pick out there is Dustin Johnson. Sure, he hasn't look that great in his last few starts, but Johnson is the one who can turn up the heat, pull away early, and be out of reach by Sunday just like he did when he won in Augusta last November. Johnson will add a green jacket to his collection on Sunday. Book it.

FINAL PICK: Dustin Johnson (+900)
