The San Francisco 49ers have a pivotal Week 12 matchup with the Green Bay Packers looming on Sunday night, but as of mid-week, their injury report is pretty full.

Per Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk, tight end George Kittle, running back Matt Breida, wide receivers Emmanuel Sanders and Deebo Samuel, defensive lineman Dee Ford and and left tackle Joe Staley all missed practice on Wednesday.

The two most significant names on that list are Kittle and Breida, as both players were sidelined during the 49ers' win over the Arizona Cardinals last weekend.

Kittle is battling knee and ankle issues and has not played since Week 9.

On the season overall, he has logged 46 catches for 541 yards and a couple of touchdowns.

Meanwhile, Breida re-aggravated his ankle injury during San Francisco's loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Week 10.

Breida has been an integral piece in what has been a very strong Niners rushing attack this season, as he has totaled 542 yards and a touchdown while averaging five yards per carry.

Sanders is nursing a rib injury, and Samuel has a shoulder issue.

Staley's absence was expected, as he underwent surgery to repair a finger issue, and Ford missed last week's win over the Cardinals due to a hamstring injury and is expected to be out two weeks.

The 49ers are currently tied for the best record in the NFL at 9-1 and are on track to nail down a first-round bye in the NFC playoffs, making their showdown with the 8-2 Packers on Sunday all the more imperative.
