April Fools day is the one day a year where everyone finally approaches the internet with caution. However, sports stars enjoy having fun at the fans' expense on this day. On Thursday, it appears the San Francisco 49ers superstar tight end, George Kittle, made 49er fans' hearts drop for one second after sending a simple tweet.

George Kittle shared an image of him photoshopped into a Jacksonville Jaguars uniform. Causing a stir of emotions from both, 49ers and Jaguars fans.

For San Francisco, this would be a nightmare situation, however, for Jacksonville, this would be a dream come true. Kittle spent most of the season sidelined due to injury last year, but his 2019 stats show how dominant he can be. In that season he finished with 1,053 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

After looking at those stats, you can understand why some 49er fans might not appreciate having their heartstrings played with. Kittle has the potential to be the top tight end in the league when he's healthy, as he has likely just scratched the surface of his abilities.

This would be a massive acquisition for the Jaguars, especially considering the franchise is likely to draft Trevor Lawrence with the first pick overall. Giving their future quarterback a consistent target like Kittle would be the fastest route to success.

At the end of the day, George Kittle remains in San Francisco. So, take a deep breath 49er fans. Kittle is here to stay for now. As for Jaguars fans, they can only dream of this scenario coming to fruition. If only it weren't an April Fools joke after all.
