The San Francisco 49ers selected defensive end Nick Bosa with the 2nd overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft. So far, he has lived up to expectations.

Through his first six games, Bosa posted four sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery. Then came Week 8. In a game against the Carolina Panthers, Bosa did something that's never been done before, kind of.

Bosa became the youngest player ever to record at least three sacks and an interception in the same game.

Bosa has been dominant all year long. However, he's seemingly getting better week by week and that's a very scary situation for the rest of the league.

Due to his dominance, it was only a matter of time before the rookie started to put up massive numbers and completely take over a game. Sadly for the Panthers, it was against them.

Bosa ended the game with those three sacks and one interception. He now has seven sacks through his first seven career games, putting him on pace for a fantastic rookie year.

More importantly, though, the 49ers won again. Not only did they win, they absolutely dominated. San Francisco demolished the Panthers by a final score of 51-13. It's pretty obvious that the defense has been one of the main factors in their success this year as they moved to 7-0 on the season.

Bosa has been the main cog in that defense and will definitely be getting heavy consideration for defensive rookie of the year when the time comes.

For now, though, he's clearly enjoying harassing opposing teams on a weekly basis. It appears you should consider yourself lucky if you don't find the 49ers on your schedule this year, you get to stay away from Bosa a little bit longer.
