Although the San Francisco 49ers managed to get a healthy lead heading into the second half, the Arizona Cardinals were still able to show some signs of life with a touchdown from quarterback Kyler Murray. However, it did not take long for quarterback Jimmy Garroppolo to respond.
Garroppolo found wide receiver Dante Pettis for a 21-yard touchdown to extend their lead back to 14, via NFL Twitter:

Garoppolo is in the midst of his best performance of the 2019 NFL season. He already secured the hat trick with a marvelous first half. It appears he was able to pick up where he left off with his fourth touchdown of the evening.
Pettis has now scored his first touchdown of the year following an abysmal start to their 2019 campaign. This was just the type of play he needed to remind the coaching staff of why he was taken in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft after failing to etch out an integral role in the offense.
