In September of 2017, Baker Mayfield planted an Oklahoma Sooners flag on the field of Ohio State's home, Ohio Stadium. On Monday, former Ohio State Buckeye and current San Francisco 49ers pass-rusher Nick Bosa — who played Mayfield in the same game — got revenge for the action.

After getting pressure on the Cleveland Browns quarterback, Bosa mimicked Mayfield's flag plant.

That is called revenge.

Bosa made his presence felt in the first half, as he tallied a sack, a fumble recovery, two tackles for loss, four quarterback hits and one planted imaginary flag. Mayfield, on the other hand, couldn't get anything going in the first 30 minutes. The Browns quarterback went 7 for 18 for 80 yards, three sacks taken, no touchdowns and two interceptions in the first two quarters.

It's fair to say who is enjoying the rematch on “Monday Night Football.” However, with a half left to play, there is still ample time for more flags to be planted.
