San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert stole the show in his team's NFC Championship Game victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night, racking up 220 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.

Afterward, Mostert reflected on his journey up until this point:

Mostert, who played his collegiate football at Purdue, went undrafted in 2015 and has been bouncing around ever since. Well, until now.

Before arriving in San Francisco, Mostert had spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, New York Jets and Chicago Bears.

He initially joined the 49ers in November 2016, but carried the ball just one time as he spent most of his time for the rest of that season on the practice squad.

The 27-year-old then played in 11 games in 2017, but logged just 30 yards off six attempts before finishing the year on the injured reserve list. The following year, Mostert rushed for 261 yards and a touchdown in nine games, but once again was placed on injured reserve.

He finally got his first real chance this season, and he delivered, playing in every game and rushing for 772 yards and eight scores while averaging 5.6 yards per attempt, helping the Niners form one of the NFL's best ground games.

Mostert was impressive in his playoff debut, carrying the ball 12 times for 58 yards in a Divisional Round win over the Minnesota Vikings, but that obviously paled in comparison to his breakout performance against the Packers.

Now, the New Smyrna Beach, Fl. native will get the opportunity to play in his first Super Bowl when the 49ers take on the Kansas City Chiefs in a couple of weeks.
