Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver suggested he will entertain numerous possibilities as he prepares to become a free agent.

The Bengals used the franchise tag on Green ahead of the 2020 season. There had been speculation the team might try to pursue an extension with the star wideout, but nothing ever manifested.

Now, Green is hoping to keep his options open.

It remains to be seen what Green's value will be this offseason.

The 32-year-old Bengals vet has endured a tremendously frustrating season. While rookie quarterback Joe Burrow wasted little time establishing a rapport with fellow rookie Tee Higgins, Green struggled to garner much attention in the passing game. In fact, Green has not recorded a single reception on four separate occasions this year.

Green openly vented his frustrations. He appeared to mouth “just trade me” on the sidelines during a Week 5 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, which was one of the aforementioned games where he failed to record a reception. The veteran said shortly thereafter he wanted to remain with the Bengals, though the production continued to be somewhat scattered.

To his credit, Green has had a pair of decent showings in recent weeks. He nabbed just his second touchdown grab of the year in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys and had four receptions for 64 yards during this past weekend's win over the Houston Texans.

Whether the seven-time Pro Bowler can attract some respectable offers remains to be seen. Green has dealt with injury issues, and the 2020 campaign has done very little to boost his stock.

Still, Green will keep an open mind heading into free agency.
