The Buffalo Bills are off to a rough start to the 2018 campaign dropping their first two games of the year in a disappointing fashion that has put them in a bit behind the eight ball heading into Week 3 against the Minnesota Vikings.

This could see their chances toward grabbing their first win on the season take a notable hit as the team may be without the services of running back LeSean McCoy and wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin as each didn't practice on Wednesday, per Chris Brown of the team's official website.

There isn't much of a surprise that McCoy is currently limited in practice as he is dealing with some cracked rib cartilage after a hit a took during last Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers that forced him to check out of the contest early. There has been a question mark on his availability given the type of injury he is working his way through, but given his strong will to play with injuries previous in his career it should see him push forward to go that route once again this time around.

McCoy has had a rough start to the season as he has tallied just 61 rushing yards on 16 carries with five receptions for 28 receiving yards. He hasn't had the opportunity to play in a great capacity that would allow for him to make a significant impact on the game. If he's unable to give it a go for any reason backup Chris Ivory could be the primary running back to fill the void.

Benjamin has dealt with nagging injuries over his brief time with the Bills that has prevented him from truly being a high-impact player in the passing game. In the first two games, he has three catches for 29 receiving yards and a touchdown. The Bills should continue to monitor his health for the rest of the week to get a stronger determination for his status heading into Sunday's game against Tampa Bay.
