The life and times of Buffalo Bills wide receiver Zay Jones have certainly been interesting as of late, but it appears that a little bit of good luck may be shining down on him. After the naked fight with his brother recently, he was arrested on felony vandalism charges. But, as it turns out, he is not going to face charges after all.

ESPN is reporting that the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has declined to move forward with the charges due to a lack of evidence.

TMZ posted a video of the incident–and it wasn't pretty. But, it doesn’t show Jones kicking the window he allegedly broke or smearing his blood all over the walls. It is also apparent in the video that there were witnesses. However, it should come as no surprise no one is willing to talk to the cops.

Without a witness to corroborate what they know happened, the authorities can’t pursue the vandalism charges.

It is nice for him not to have to deal with any legal issues, charges, or the lack thereof, are the least of his problems. There must be a reason why he was trying to jump out a window on the 30th floor. It is hard to imagine that there could be a good one.

Whatever the issue is, whether it be mental or something else, it must be addressed.
