Damian Lillard showed the Chicago Bulls what “Dame Time” really means, as he banked a gutsy buzzer-beater to propel the Portland Trail Blazers to the W.

With six seconds remaining, the Blazers almost lost the opportunity to win Saturday's contest when Robert Covington fumbled the possession off a jump ball. Fortunately, Lillard was able to recover the ball in time and created separation from Lauri Markkanen with a step-back before launching the game-winning triple as the buzzer sounded.

It was undoubtedly a great win for the Blazers, who saw the Bulls take a five-point lead off a Zach LaVine triple with 32.1 seconds remaining in the final period.

Damian Lillard finished the game with a massive 44 points to give the Blazers the 123-122 victory. He also had five rebounds and nine assists in what has been another memorable clutch night.

In the absence of CJ McCollum, who is still dealing with a foot injury, big man Enes Kanter and swingman Gary Trent Jr. provided Portland with some offensive boost. Kanter finished with a double-double of 22 points and 11 boards, while Trent ended with 18 points on top of four steals.

For the Bulls, LaVine, Markkanen and Coby White combined for 77 points. Unfortunately, their efforts were not enough to get Chicago back to the win column. They are now on a three-game losing skid.
