It's the offseason, which means it's time for Portland Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard to work on his other career, rapping. Despite the trade rumors that continue to surround him, Dame D.O.L.L.A. has been putting in work in the studio, with his brand new album set to be released this week.

In celebration of it, Lillard collaborated with Adidas to release a new sneaker. Interestingly enough, it's not exactly a basketball shoe. Instead, it's more of an original. Take a look:

As you can see on the tongue of the sneaker, it has Damian Lillard's signature logo for Dame D.O.L.L.A. featuring a D with a money sign through it. Per the Adidas website, they're more of a running shoe above anything else.

Dame released a music video with his song “The Juice” on August 5th, which is expected to be the intro song on his album called Different On Levels The Lord Allowed, which is the acronyms for his stage name.

A new shoe, a new album, and he also just won a gold medal in Tokyo with Team USA. It's been a very busy summer for Damian Lillard as he gears up for next season, where he is expected to stay with the Blazers. But, who knows how much longer that will last if they don't add more legitimate pieces around him.
