Portland Trail Blazers superstar point guard Damian Lillard has created a song with Snoop Dogg and Derrick Milano in honor of NBA icon Kobe Bryant.

The song will be featured on NBA 2K21. Lillard teased the track on Monday:

Kobe Bryant had a lot of respect for Damian Lillard as Dame was making a name for himself with the Blazers. The Los Angeles Lakers legend always admired players who worked hard on their craft and loved to get better since that's how he was at a young age.

Bryant would certainly be proud of the player Lillard has become for the Blazers. The five-time All-Star is one of the best players in the NBA and is shooting long-range bombs with ease now. Defenders have to start guarding Lillard as soon as he crosses the half-court line or else they'll likely get embarrassed.

Lillard and the Blazers are down 2-1 to the Lakers in the first round of the 2020 playoffs. Portland has to win Game 4 on Monday to avoid going down 3-1 to LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

Lillard will play in Game 4 despite dealing with a dislocated left finger. He's averaging 28.7 points through the first three games of the series, which is a bit down from his incredible numbers throughout the eight seeding games.

Damian Lillard finished the 2019-20 regular season with averages of 30.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 8.0 assists per game. He has a good shot of making one of the three All-NBA teams.
