Four-time NBA champion Shaquille O'Neal recently dropped a massive diss track on Damian Lillard. O'Neal claimed that the Portland Trail Blazers star isn't in the same league as Russell Westbrook and Stephen Curry. He even said Trevor Ariza was better.

Shaq didn't hold back at all.

Dame didn't take the diss lightly and took to Twitter to give his initial reactions. “Initial” because you just know Lillard is going to drop a bomb sooner rather than later. In fact, he already teased that he'll try to sneak in his clapback bars soon:

A fan believes Shaq couldn't hold a candle to Lillard when it comes to the rap game, and Lillard couldn't agree more.

The beef is definitely on between these two.

In fact, Lillard started the whole thing when he said he raps better than Shaq. The 6-foot-3 guard also said people never really took O'Neal seriously as a rapper back when he tried the venture back in the 1990s.

Of course, as he always does, Shaq had to make his rebuttal. And now we're just waiting for Lillard to show him how it's done.

Lillard has legitimately carved out a good career in the music scenes. He goes by the name Dame D.O.L.L.A. and is currently gaining recognition around the industry.

He recently released his third album this summer entitled “Big D.O.L.L.A.” featuring collaborations with some high-profile rappers such as Lil Wayne, Mozzy, and Jeremih.

In terms of accomplishments in basketball, O'Neal clearly has the edge over Lillard. Shaq has four championship rings to show, while Lillard has never even reached the NBA Finals. Likewise, O'Neal won an MVP and three Finals MVPs, while Lillard doesn't have any of that hardware.

However, when it comes to music, Shaq might have to concede this one to Dame D.O.L.L.A. As for now, let's just wait for Dame's diss track to drop.
