The Portland Trail Blazers are listing shooting guard Rodney Hood as questionable for Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals against the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.

Hood suffered a left knee bone bruise on Sunday in Game 7 versus the Denver Nuggets.

Hood was the unsung hero for the Blazers in the second round against the Nuggets. The lefty averaged 14.7 points and 3.1 rebounds in the seven-game series while shooting 57.6 percent from the field, 50.0 percent from beyond the arc and 77.4 percent from the free-throw line.

It was a great turnaround for Hood, who only put up 3.2 points in the Blazers' first-round series win versus the Oklahoma City Thunder. Portland is going to need Hood's scoring and shooting if they want to defeat the Warriors in the Western Conference Finals. They can't just rely on point guard Damian Lillard and shooting guard C.J. McCollum to get them buckets.

The Warriors will be playing in their fifth-straight Western Conference Finals. The Blazers, meanwhile, are playing in their first conference finals since 2000. Portland will look to keep this magical season alive by upsetting the Dubs, who will be without star small forward Kevin Durant in Games 1 and 2 at home.
