Portland Trail Blazers head coach Terry Stotts made a big adjustment for the second half of Game 7 against the Denver Nuggets, starting the half with Rodney Hood and Zach Collins in the lineup instead of Al-Farouq Aminu and Maurice Harkless.

The Blazers really struggled offensively in the first half, shooting just over 30% from the field and scoring 39 points. Hood and Collins were pivotal in Portland's Game 6 victory over Denver, with Hood scoring a playoff career-high 25 points. The guard was putting up over 16 points per game on over 60% shooting in the series prior to Sunday's Game 7.

Unfortunately for Hood, he suffered a hyperextended left knee early in the third quarter and had to be helped to the locker room. He had six points on 2-of-6 shooting before leaving the game.

Fortunately for the Blazers, they made a huge run to get back in the game after going down by as many as 17 points in the first half. They appeared to be in big trouble not only in this game but after getting blown out in Denver in Game 5, but the tables have turned and there's a dogfight to the finish of Game 7.

Portland and Denver are playing for the right to face the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals.
