This off-season the Denver Broncos changed the shape of their defense a bit. They traded Aqib Talib to the Los Angeles Rams for a fifth-round draft pick. Talib is still a good defensive player but by trading him the Broncos save $11 million dollars. It also means it's time for some of the younger guys to step up.

With Talib gone, Chris Harris Jr. steps up as the number one, and Bradley Roby moves into the second position. Roby says he's ready for that role and also ready to stop talking about Talib now that he is off the team.

“Please, no more Talib questions,” Roby asked reporters Wednesday, via Nicki Jhabvala of The Athletic.

The Broncos defense took on the name “No Fly Zone” because of the impressive work of the secondary, and even with some changes, Roby doesn't think there needs to be a name change.

“It’s still the No Fly Zone,” Roby said. “We started that Super Bowl year, and we had a year that I don’t think has been seen in the league by a defense in the past 30-plus years. That original Fly Zone is gone, with T.J. departing and Talib departing. But we still got out there and Justin Simmons, he did great last year as a first-year starter. We’ll be fine.”

Without Talib there is no question that the rest of the Broncos are going to need to step up because as much of a headache as Talib could be at times, his play on the field was really good. Roby is ready to step up to the plate though and take the challenge, as long as Talib's name stops getting mentioned.
