While Russell Wilson seems busy acclimating himself to Colorado and the community, Melvin Gordon III wants everyone to know the QB is laser-focused on the Denver Broncos.

In fact according to the Broncos running back, the former Seattle Seahawks star is already making an impact on the team that people don't see.

Even though Wilson has been all around Denver–watching the Colorado Rockies and the Colorado Avalanche here and there–the star quarterback is putting in the work when he needs to.

“When you're making $30 million a year, you can get a private jet to get you around to wherever you want,” Gordon said, per ESPN. “It's really easy to do that. [But] he's all about football, though. He's locked in, and there is no other way to put it. … He comes in at 6:30 in the morning and he's tapped in. He's going over stuff with young guys, with older guys. He's really trying to change the feel around here.”

The Broncos have high expectations on Russell Wilson since trading for him from the Seattle Seahawks in March, and it is quite clear he is doing all he can to position the team to win. He was even spotted last May working with Peyton Manning and watching film to pick his brain.

It is a matter of wait-and-see how the start of Wilson's career will pan out, but Broncos fans have to love what they are seeing and hearing about their new QB so far.
