Ahead of the Cleveland Browns' win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, rumors surfaced that wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was not happy in Cleveland.

Apparently, throughout the season, Beckham has been telling opposing teams to come and get him via trade because he was not enjoying his time with the Browns.

As for what head coach Freddie Kitchens thinks? He says the reports are false.

“What I've seen from Odell is nothing like what the reports indicate,” said Kitchens, according to Browns beat writer Steve Doerschuk.

Obviously, no one really knows for sure whether or not Beckham actually wants out, but we also probably shouldn't read too much into Kitchens' response, as he is certainly not going to confirm the rumors even if they are accurate.

Beckham's first season in Cleveland has been nothing short of a disaster.

The three-time Pro Bowler has been battling a groin injury for much of the year, and while he has not been terrible, he has not produced like many expected, as he has logged 59 catches for 844 yards and just a pair of touchdowns through 13 games.

Beckham, who played his collegiate football at LSU, was originally selected by the New York Giants with the 12th overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft.

He went on to make the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons with the Giants, but in 2017 and 2018, he played in just 16 games combined due to various injuries.

New York then traded him to Cleveland last March.

The Browns are just 6-7 on the year with very slim playoff hopes in the AFC.
