The Cleveland Browns are the trendy pick to win the AFC North division heading into next season, and Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh understands why.

While Harbaugh's Ravens won the division crown this past season, he thinks that the Browns are the most talented team in the division heading into 2019:

“They’re the most talented team in the division,” said Harbaugh, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com. “We’ll see what that means. I know this — that’s right now. The best team in the division is the team that’s going to win the division. So, we’ll see what the best team is.”

Cleveland has made numerous big additions this offseason, trading for star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. and linebacker Olivier Vernon while also adding running back Kareem Hunt and defensive lineman Sheldon Richardson via free agency.

The Browns are coming off of a 2018 campaign in which they went 7-8-1, marking their best finish since winning 10 games all the way back in 2007.

Cleveland has not made a playoff appearance since the 2002-03 season, which represents the longest active postseason drought in the NFL. Not only that, but the Browns have not won a division title since 1989.

Even before all of its moves over the last month, Cleveland seemed to be a team on the rise, as Baker Mayfield had an extraordinary rookie year under center and players like running back Nick Chubb and wide out Jarvis Landry were lethal weapons on offense.

Now, the Browns have added more pieces to their ever-growing arsenal, signifying a potential changing of the guard in the AFC North.
