The new season of HBO's Hard Knocks debuted on Tuesday night with the show featuring the struggling Cleveland Browns this time around. Unlike in years past, the Browns have plenty of personalities and intriguing storylines which already have avid fans of the show wanting more, especially after this epic speech from star wide receiver Jarvis Landry.

Cleveland acquired Landry in a trade with the Miami Dolphins earlier in the NFL offseason. The team wanted to bolster their receiving corps with the arrival of veteran quarterback Tyrod Taylor and rookie Baker Mayfield. Landry fit the bill for the Browns and has already emerged as the star of the show for Hard Knocks this year.

Along with this speech which won't soon be forgotten, Landry coined the phrase “bless'm” whenever he burns someone on the football field. Needless to say, in the limited time that football was actually played in the first episode of Hard Knocks, Landry dropped his new phrase many times.

Also featured in the first episode of Hard Knocks was head coach Hue Jackson's incredibly tough week due to the passing of both his brother and his mother. Jackson showed his uncanny ability to focus during training camp while dealing with such tragic events.

Mayfield played a big part in the premiere as well. As expected, he'll likely be heavily featured throughout the series after he was selected by the team No. 1 overall in the 2018 NFL Draft. The dynamic between Mayfield and Taylor will be one of the more interesting aspects of the show.
