The realization that Tom Brady signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is still settling in, and Bruce Arians is excited to get to work with Brady. Following the historic signing, Arians opened up about Brady signing with Tampa Bay.

Tom is no different. He is a proven winner who will provide the leadership, accountability and work ethic necessary to lead us to our goal of winning another championship.”
Over the years, Brady has been considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history. While he's been successful throwing the ball, he also makes the team around him better off of the field.
At 42 years old, Brady is defying logic, continuing to play at a high-level in his 40s. Besides taking his care of his body, Brady has been able to carve out a legendary career due to his work habits.
Even with six Super Bowls already to his name, Brady still has the competitive drive to continue playing in the NFL. With inexperienced players on the roster, Brady's leadership is going to be vital to Tampa Bay's success. In light of that, Arians believes Brady can be the quarterback that leads the Buccaneers to the promised land.
