Tampa Bay Buccaneers center Ryan Jensen has noticed that Bruce Arians is holding everyone on the team accountable and it appears Jensen wasn't kidding when he said, everyone. On Tuesday one person that didn't live up to that standard was Vernon Hargreaves who was held out practice.

Hargreaves didn't take part in the first organized team activity and when asked after practice why he wasn't, Arians said that Hargreaves needs to get his mind right.

Arians wasn't willing to explain exactly what he meant with the comment but said the reporters will have to ask Hargreaves why his mind wasn't right.

Jensen said that accountability wasn't something the past coaching staff really put stock in, and this is a big change for the organization

. “There’s quite a bit of different stuff,” Jensen said, via JoeBucsFan.com. “The one thing that really sticks out to me is the way B.A. is going to keep guys accountable. And that’s big. You know, he’s got that personality that he wants to win and it’s the guys’ team, the players’ team. That’s how he approaches it, where he’s just a head coach but the culture he’s trying to set is that it’s the players’ team. And that comes with players keeping players accountable, and I think that’s going to be a big change this year for us.”

It's unclear if Hargreaves absence has anything to do with the accountability but this is a storyline that could pick up steam, especially if Hargreaves takes exception to the comments.
