The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are officially heading into a new era without Tom Brady, who retired from the NFL after 22 fantastic seasons. While the team will certainly be searching for their next quarterback, there are still lots of people around football who believe TB12 could come back and play again. After all, he was still competing at an extremely high level last season.

Head coach Bruce Arians was bombarded with questions about just that on Tuesday at GM meetings. But also, he was asked if the Buccaneers would accommodate Brady and let him return with another team. His answer was simple, yet stern.

Via Rick Stroud:

Chances are, Brady would want to return to the Buccaneers, where he won a Super Bowl and built lots of good relationships. But, you never really know what could be in the back of his mind. Arians isn't about to explore that option, though. If TB12 is going to play again, it's going to be for Tampa.

However, it wouldn't ultimately be Arians' choice. If the Buccaneers were in cap trouble at any point, they could be forced to trade him if he came out of retirement. The front office would be making those choices, not Bruce Arians.
