The Tampa Bay Buccaneers made a major splash this offseason when they signed superstar veteran quarterback Tom Brady in free agency.

Brady is widely considered the greatest quarterback of all-time in the minds of many fans, players, coaches and analysts.

However, he has never exactly been known for his speed. Brady is one of the least mobile quarterbacks in the NFL. Sure, he's broken off some good runs and he has mastered the QB sneak – that's about it though.

And the NFL is evolving. Quarterbacks are running more and more, creating serious problems for opposing defenses.

At 42 (will be 43 before the 2020 season), it's hard to imagine Brady is going to change his ways and suddenly become a running quarterback.

However, that is not going to stop him from joking about it. Tom Brady took to Instagram to make a claim that he is part of the new trend.

Obviously, Tom Brady is having some fun with the situation. In his 20 years in the NFL, he has 1,037 career rushing yards. That's nearly 200 yards fewer than what Lamar Jackson ran for in 2019 alone.

So the quarterback knows that he is not going to ever be considered even remotely close to a “mobile quarterback”. That is not going to stop him from once again proving that he has even mastered social media.

It's just another accomplishment to put on Brady's mantle. He's one of the greatest of all-time, has countless wins and Super Bowl rings. He's won tons of MVPs will throw for over 75,000 yards in his career and already has over 500 touchdown pass. Even social media came easy to him.

But he will never be considered a mobile quarterback, and he's more than happy to joke about it.
