Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady's bank account just got fatter after leading the team to its first NFC Championship Game since 2002. The three-time NFL MVP reportedly earned a $500,000 incentive for beating the New Orleans Saints and will get another $500,000 if he can successfully lead the team to the Super Bowl, per Joel Corry.

Brady already signed a much lucrative deal with Tampa Bay, inking a two-year, $50 million contract back in March of 2020. It appears that the investment in Brady is paying off for the Buccaneers organization as the team is looking like a serious contender for Super Bowl LV.

The Buccaneers recently handled their business on the field after a back-and-forth encounter against the Saints. After a tight scoring in the first half, head coach Bruce Arians and his men eventually buckled down in the second half of the game. The Bucs put up 10 unanswered points in the final frame to secure the 30-20 victory over the Saints.

Brady played like the best quarterback on the field after recording 199 passing yards on 18-of-33 passes completed along with two passing touchdowns. He outplayed his matchup in opposing playmaker Drew Brees who was only limited to 134 yards on a 19/34 passing clip along with a touchdown and three interceptions.

Brees also reportedly played the last NFL game of his career against the Bucs, putting an end to an illustrious 20-year stint in the league. With the victory, the Buccaneers have now secured their seat in the NFC Championship Game next weekend.

Tom Brady will have another tough assignment as his team takes on Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers for the right to book their ticket to Super Bowl LV.
