Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback, and general legend, Tom Brady might need to reevaluate how he thinks friendship works.

After finding out he'd be returning to play the New England Patriots in Week 4 of the upcoming National Football League season, TB12 relied upon a joke that's so full of tropes and holes, one so outdated, that it isn't really true… unless it is!

“It’s like when your high school friends meet your college friends,” Tom Brady said on Twitter.

First of all, way to humblebrag about having friends at any point of your life, Tom.

Second of all, why in the world would you mix these two words?

Third of all, Tom, you almost for sure still don't hang out with your high school pals.

Fourth of all, Mr. Tom Brady, I don't know why I am listing off your benign joke in a listicle format as if this is some sort of got-you journalism.

Still, with all of that being said — and joked about — regarding the Buccaneers gunslinger, if Tom Brady were to actually introduce the dudes he hung out with in high school to his college friends, BUT THEN also added in his current friendship circle, that would be a reality show I'd like to watch.
