After nearly coming back and winning the game, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers ultimately fell short on Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams. As for Tom Brady, his future is in question as he could opt to finally retire. However, the future Hall of Fame quarterback reacts to the tough playoff loss.
According to Carmen Vitali, Tom Brady is realistic with the outcome of the matchup. After a miraculous comeback, the Rams somehow managed to drive the field in the closing seconds of the game. After hitting the game-winning field goal to defeat the Buccaneers, LA proved they just needed that extra play to clinch the victory.

Although Tom Brady has plenty of Super Bowl rings to show off, losing in the playoffs is difficult for anybody. The Buccaneers quarterback reveals just that during his post-game interview, per Carmen Vitali. Tampa Bay gets to watch the remainder of the NFL playoffs on the couch, which is a rare occurrence for Brady.

The future of this franchise is up in the air as they await Tom Brady's decision. At 44 years old, it's been speculated he'll be retiring. However, the legendary quarterback has mentioned he wants to play through age 45 and retire after another Super Bowl win. Regardless, we're not likely to hear Brady's decision soon, as he will take his time evaluating what he wants to do with his career.
If he chooses to come back, the Buccaneers will do everything they can to keep a competitive roster at their disposal. For now, Tampa Bay will enjoy some off-time before focusing on the offseason.
