The Milwaukee Bucks bounced back with authority on Friday night and steamrolled the Chicago Bulls in Game 3 of the NBA Playoffs, winning 111-81 to take a 2-1 series lead. One of their main catalysts was fan-favorite Bobby Portis, who showed out for 18 points and a ridiculous 16 rebounds as the Bucks destroyed Chicago on the boards.

As we know, Portis is truly a team-first guy. Following the contest, he proved just that with a memorable interview on his role for this squad.

Via NBA:

“It's not about how many points you score or how many rebounds you get. It's about being solid, knowing your role, being a star in your role, and doing what you do to help the team win.”

The Bucks big man even responded to the tweet himself with a simple We>Me:

A true warrior for the Bucks. Portis was instrumental to their title run last season and he's been just as crucial this time around. He left Game 2 with an eye contusion but that didn't affect him one bit on Friday. With Khris Middleton out for the rest of the first round, it will be up to Portis to keep stepping up and taking on a bigger role for the defending champions. Based on his mindset alone, it's clear he's up for the task.
