It has been nearly two weeks since the Milwaukee Bucks made the big splash move to acquire veteran guard Eric Bledsoe from the Phoenix Suns.

In the brief time that has passed following the trade, the Bucks have experienced much success winning four out of their first five games with Bledsoe in the mix. Ahead of his new team's matchup against the Washington Wizards on Monday night, it presents the potential opportunity for him to play against his former collegiate teammate John Wall.

Bledsoe and Wall have maintained a strong bond over the years since playing together at Kentucky that saw them lead the team to an Elite Eight appearance. It has only strengthened as time has rolled along in each of their respective NBA careers.

The duo also has this same unique bond with DeMarcus Cousins, who played in that lone season together with them at Kentucky. That brief period set the table for a friendship that goes well beyond a basketball court.

If Wall is able to take the court in Monday's game, it should provide an intriguing matchup between the two former Wildcats going head to head. Wall has developed into one of the premier point guards in the league while Bledsoe has become a more than capable player at the position.
