Giannis Antetokounpo scored a career-high 44 points against the Portland Trail Blazers, but it was his block on CJ McCollum which sealed the Milwaukee Bucks' win.

ESPN Milwaukee’s Eric Nehm asked the Greek Freak about how he felt making those sorts of key defensive plays, and the Bucks superstar made his answer centered on the team’s defensive coach, a certain Coach Sweeney. He even compared his coach to San Antonio Spurs star Kawhi Leonard.

However, it wasn't because he is some sort of elite defensive guru like the two-time Defensive Player of the Year. Instead, the Greek Freak compared his coach's disposition to the Spurs superstar’s, which doesn’t involve a lot of smiles and outward displays of happiness.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kawhi Leonard are pretty much on the opposite ends of the spectrum in terms of cheerfulness, so if Coach Sweeney is anything like the Spurs forward as the Greek Freak says, it must be interesting to see how the two interact on a consistent basis.

But at least, the Bucks star can give his coach a consistent source of satisfaction with the blocks and steals he produces. The Greek Freak has already come up with eight steals and two blocks through three games this season, to go along with his mind-boggling 38.3 points per game. He’s going to get a lot more over the course of the season, which should be able to put a smile on Coach Kawhi Sweeney's face.
