The Buffalo Bills Week 15 matchup against the Carolina Panthers has the potential to be one of the most exciting contests this week. Both teams are desperate for a victory with the playoffs right around the corner. We take a look at this Bills-Panthers game with some of our Bills Week 15 predictions in mind.

Buffalo's defense has been solid this year, particularly the secondary. The Panthers have a decent receiving core, so look for the Bills to do everything necessary to slow down the passing game. It'll be a tough matchup though, as Cam Newton aims to earn the first victory in his return to Carolina.

To win this game, the Bills might want to consider getting the rushing attack going for once. Whether it's Josh Allen or one of the running backs on the roster, it doesn't matter. Running the ball and controlling the clock should be high on the priority list. Additionally, we could see a massive performance out of Stefon Diggs and Josh Allen.

With that said, here are four bold Bills Week 15 predictions for their game against the Panthers.

Bills Week 15 Predictions

4. Bills defense shuts down Cam Newton and the Panthers

It's been ugly for Cam Newton so far and it's not looking great for the Panthers. After putting on an impressive second half against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Bills' defense will have a much easier task on Sunday. Look for Buffalo to swarm Carolina's backfield and bother Newton throughout the day.

3. The Bills find a way to get the run game going

They haven't been able to run the ball effectively for quite some time. This has been a problem for a few years now, which has played a part in their recent struggles. Even so, the Bills need to find a way to successfully utilize the run game.

It's not like the Panthers have a stellar rush defense, so this is an opportunity for the Bills to get things going. Josh Allen needs help and running the ball will force opposing defenses to respect the rushing attack much more. Look for Buffalo to potentially run the ball a bit more on Sunday.

2. Stefon Diggs goes berserk for 125+ yards and 2 touchdowns

Stefon Diggs hasn't been utilized in the same way he was in 2020. Even so, he's still the top target in Buffalo and can be the difference-maker against the Panthers. Although Carolina has a decent secondary, this is a game the Bills can throw the ball at will to achieve the victory. It's a matchup that favors their strengths.

1. Josh Allen dominates the Panthers with 270+ yards and 4 total touchdowns

Josh Allen has proven himself as one of the best young quarterbacks in the league. He nearly led the Bills to a huge comeback win over the Bucs and was an MVP candidate at one point this season. Carolina will try and get their pass rush going to knock Allen down, but he should be able to withstand the pressure.

With the Bills fighting for their playoff hopes, it's time for Allen to step up and lead his team to the postseason. This is an incredibly important game for Buffalo and they must defeat the Panthers. For that reason, we should see the best version of Josh Allen on Sunday.
