After missing nearly two months of action, it has just been confirmed that Alex Caruso will be able to make his much-anticipated return on Saturday when the Chicago Bulls host the Cleveland Cavaliers. This is going to be a marquee matchup between two of the top teams in the Eastern Conference and there's no denying that this is a major development for the Bulls.
The Chicago Bulls on Twitter made the announcement less than two hours before tip-off:
Alex Caruso will make his return tonight vs. Cleveland.

Caruso was cleared for contact earlier in the week and he joined his team on the practice court on Friday for the first time after undergoing surgery to address a major injury on his right wrist. The Bulls guard himself hinted that he was close to returning, and as it turns out, that time is now.
The Bulls have been on a slump of late and Caruso's return should serve as a major morale boost for a squad that appears to be in dire need of one. AC is a pretty good basketball player, too, and the stuff he brings to the table is something that Chicago can definitely benefit from.
Interestingly enough, the Bulls travel to Milwaukee on Mar. 22 to face off against the Bucks. It should be an interesting encounter between Caruso and the always-infamous Grayson Allen after it was the latter's hard foul that led to Caruso missing seven weeks of action.
