The Chicago Bulls have made a minor roster move by waiving second-year guard Kay Felder, per Bulls.com.

Felder appeared in 14 games for Chicago, most of which were during the first few weeks of the season, and averaged 3.9 points, 1.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 9.6 minutes. He also played in three games for the Bulls’ G League affiliate, the Windy City Bulls, and averaged 17.3 points, 3.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists.

Felder, who is listed at 5-foot-9, played for the Cleveland Cavaliers last season and was included in the cap-clearing trade which sent Richard Jefferson to the Atlanta Hawks before the start of this season. However, he was waived by the Hawks before playing a game for them and was shortly claimed on waivers by the Bulls.

With Felder gone, the Bulls are down to three point guards on the main roster. Second-year guard Kris Dunn has established himself as the team’s new starting point guard after a string of impressive performances. Dunn is averaging 15.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, 7.1 assists, and 2.0 steals through nine games in December.

Meanwhile, Jerian Grant is entrenched as Dunn’s backup. Cameron Payne remains on the roster but he still hasn't played this season after undergoing foot surgery in the summer. The Bulls also have Ryan Arcidiacono on a two-way contract.
