DeMar DeRozan would like every hater's apology sent to him, immediately. After years of being dubbed a “choker” in clutch moments, the Chicago Bulls star has seemingly turned around this stigma around this season. Time and time again, DeMar DeRozan has bailed out the team with game-winners and buzzer beaters.

After yet another heroic game-winner in Washington, DeMar DeRozan has set an NBA record that has Bulls fans seeing shades of Michael Jordan in him. DeRozan is the first player in NBA history to hit game-winning buzzer-beaters in two consecutive days. No one, not even MJ or LeBron James or Kobe Bryant has done that, ever. Yesterday's game-winner in Indiana was incredibly ridiculous as well. Down by 2, DeMar DeRozan heaved a three off of one leg as time expired, and somehow it went in. Today, with the Bulls down by 2 yet again, DeRozan caught the pass on the corner and nailed a tough three-pointer over Bradley Beal to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

DeMar isn't the first one to hit two game-winning buzzer-beaters in two consecutive games. The great Larry Bird did it for Boston in 1985, though he had a day's rest between the two games. Still, it's an incredible achievement for the Bulls guard, and a testament to his clutch abilities this season.

DeRozan's final test is yet to come, though. With the Bulls looking to make a serious run in the playoffs, the former Raptors and Spurs guard will need to shrug off his playoff choker label for Chicago to win anything significant this season. Seeing the way he's playing now, though, it seems like he's on the right track of doing so.
