Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine has put his 8,000-square foot mansion in Lakeview up for sale, according to a report from NBC Sports.

Lavine, now 24 years of age, bought the 8,000 square foot home for $3.25 million in September 2018, shortly after signing a four-year, $78 million contract with the Bulls.

The home, which is located on a cul-de-sac at 1746 W. Surf Rd, is a beautiful piece of Italian architectural design. It was built in 2006 and features five bedrooms, five bathrooms and a unique indoor atrium. Other amenities include a guest suite, limestone floors, stone walls and a heated driveway that leads to an attached three-car garage.

Lavine posted the best statistical numbers of his career this past season. In his 63 appearances with the Bulls, the former No. 13 overall pick racked up averages of 23.7 points on 46.7 percent shooting from the field (37.4 percent from beyond the arc), 4.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists and a steal in 34.5 minutes per outing.

There was some speculation ahead of the NBA Draft that the Bulls may look to trade LaVine, but that was quickly shot down after the draft. There's little evidence the electric guard is on his way out of Chicago, so this real estate nugget likely doesn't mean anything in terms of his NBA career.
