The Arizona Cardinals are looking to bounce back versus the New York Jets and they'll be playing the rest of the game without one of their marquee defensive players. According to the team's official Twitter account, Chandler Jones will miss the rest of Sunday's game.

Jones suffered a biceps injury early in the game against the Jets, causing him to head to the locker room. After initially ruling him as questionable to return, the Cardinals are going to sideline him for the rest of the game.

Throughout his career, even during his days with the New England Patriots, Jones has been one of the most underrated edge rushers in the NFL. Since coming into the league in 2012, Jones has accumulated 97 sacks and 27 forced fumbles.

The Cardinals are unquestionably known for their offense with weapons like Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins, Kenyan Drake, Christian Kirk, and Chase Edmonds. But when it comes to Arizona's defense, Jones and Patrick Peterson are the two premier players on the roster.

Given that, fans of the Cardinals are hoping that Jones' injury isn't anything serious. There is a chance that since Arizona holds a lead over the Jets, they are being cautious with their All-Pro pass rusher.

With Jones out for the rest of Arizona's Week 5 bout against New York, the Cardinals could lean on Kylie Fitts or Haason Reddick to create some much-needed pressure. It will be worth listening to Kliff Kingsbury after the game to see if he has an update on Jones moving forward.
