The Boston Celtics have been given a major boost just a couple of hours away from tip-off of their Game 6 bout against the Miami Heat. According to reports, both Marcus Smart and Robert Williams will be available for Boston as they hope to close out the Eastern Conference Finals with a win on Friday night.

Despite the fact that both starters played in Game 5, there was still some doubt with regard to their availability for Game 6. As expected, though, both Smart and Williams have been given the green light to suit up (h/t ClutchPoints on Twitter):

Marcus Smart and Robert Williams III are both available to play in Game 6 vs. the Heat, the Celtics have announced.

Smart has been dealing with a sprain on his right ankle while Williams is experiencing soreness in his left knee. Both players have been in and out of the lineup for the Celtics for pretty much the entire postseason, but they've both cleared a major health hurdle ahead of what could be the final game of the Heat series.

It remains to be seen how these injuries will affect both players moving forward but at this point, the Celtics are just focused on getting the win on Friday night.
