It's only a matter of time until Romelu Lukaku is a Chelsea player again. The Inter Milan striker is on the verge of joining the Blues, having already agreed to personal terms with the club, per Fabrizio Romano:

After Inter rejected a couple of different bids, it looks they finally decided to accept Chelsea's €115 million offer for Romelu Lukaku. This will give Thomas Tuchel's side the much-needed No. 9 they need after their pursuit of Erling Haaland ended last month following Dortmund's comments on not selling their prized possession.

Lukaku has voiced he has ‘unfinished business' at Stamford Bridge after a failed stint with the Premier League giants between 2011-2014, where he made just 10 appearances. The Belgian ultimately went on loan to West Brom and Everton before joining the Toffees permanently.

It's hard to know if Romelu Lukaku will be able to adapt to the Premier League though. Serie A is a lot different, with the English game arguably the hardest in the world. The physicality part should be no problem for him, but his speed is a major doubt.

However, Lukaku just scored 47 goals across the last two seasons for Inter and is currently one of the most in-form strikers in world football. Given the amount of money Chelsea is spending to bring him in, let's hope it pans out.
