The Kansas City Chiefs will be looking to bounce back on Sunday from a disappointing loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 5. Unfortunately, their most important target out wide, Tyreek Hill, could be out though with a quad injury. Via Dan Graziano of ESPN:

As mentioned, Hill only practiced on Friday but was limited. The Chiefs haven't exactly received a lot of production from their WR's aside from Hill, who has 37 receptions for 516 yards and four touchdowns. Mecole Hardman is their next-best receiver right now, catching 22 passes for 199 yards.

Although Hill is questionable for Sunday, Andy Reid did sound optimistic about his status, saying “He was bouncing around out there pretty good.” It will take a lot for him not to play, but it's certainly a good sign for the Chiefs that he had a pep in his step.

If he does miss out, Hardman, Travis Kelce, Byron Pringle, and DeMarcus Robinson will be relied upon to step up. Also, Josh Gordon could have a bigger role against Washington after collecting just one reception last weekend vs. Buffalo.

The Chiefs are currently 2-3, which puts them last in the AFC West. But, there is lots of time left in the season to turn things around. In order to be a legitimate contender again, however, Tyreek Hill will need to be at full strength.
