Former Las Vegas Raiders and Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Damon Arnette has been in the news for all the wrong reasons this season. First, Arnette went viral on social media for some very concerning videos of him making threats and pointing a gun at the screen while taking a video. The former Raiders first-round pick then was involved in a hit-and-run incident, with a lawsuit, as well as another lawsuit emerging which involved him beating a casino employee. The Chiefs signed the former Raiders corner despite his checkered past, then promptly released him after Arnette's arrest in Las Vegas last week. Shocking details emerged on Arnette's arrest, as reported by NBC Sports.

Arnette was booked on two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, carrying or concealing a gun without a permit, possession of marijuana and possession of a class two level controlled substance after an incident at the Park MGM. Per the report, via Sabrina Schnur of the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Arnette is accused of pointing his gun at valets who didn’t give him his car.

Wow. It's not surprising why former Raiders corner Damon Arnette was released by the Chiefs. Arnette is in all sorts of legal trouble after an arrest incident that saw him allegedly point a loaded handgun at employees who refused to give him his vehicle.

The former Chiefs and Raiders corner was also in possession of cocaine and marijuana. Not only is Damon Arnette in a lot of trouble, but his NFL career is probably over after this latest incident.
