Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman scored on a stunning 104-yard kickoff return in the second half against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday in his team's Week 17 NFL regular-season finale (via NFL).

Following an early third-quarter touchdown by star running back Melvin Gordon for the Chargers, the rookie wideout Hardman, playing the return man on special teams, delivered an incredible highlight, corralling L.A.'s kickoff in the end zone and finding a seam down the sideline before cutting back over the middle for the triple-digit yardage return score.

Hardman, 21, was selected in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the Chiefs out of Georgia. Sunday's kickoff return for a touchdown was a first professionally for Hardman, although the first-year receiver also has scored traditionally on offense for last year's MVP quarterback Patrick Mahomes, catching six before today's tilt.
