It has been just over a year since Chris Bosh last played in the NBA, but he has kept tabs on what is going on around the league.

When he was recently asked by TMZ about what he thinks about the entire Kyrie Irving and LeBron James situation with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

“Work it out. Always. “

It has become a very sticky situation on both sides with Irving appearing to be set on wanting out of Cleveland to build his own team. This has created a potential problem that could persist the longer it is put off this summer.

What could make this much more troubling is that owner Dan Gilbert stated on Wednesday that he expects Irving to be at training camp come September. On top of that, there are now reports that the Cavaliers are having difficulty getting ahold of the three-time All-Star.

This all has the making of something that could become a huge distraction around the organization next season if it's not resolved at some point this summer. It's now on Cleveland to settling the situation with a trade that best benefits the team. Bosh may believe that this relationship can be mended, but only time will tell if that is possible.
