The Los Angeles Clippers haven't quite lived up to their top billing as one of the best teams in the Western Conference, even with mega-watt superstars James Harden, Paul George and Kawhi Leonard in town. The Clippers may look to continue down the road they're currently going with the potential addition of ex-NBA champion Kyle Lowry soon, according to the latest betting odds.

The info came amid a Patrick Beverly roast of his teammate Paul George over one key area. The team with the best odds to land Russell Westbrook should he leave the Clippers was also revealed.

Lowry didn't have his best statistical season in 2023-2024, but he could have enough juice left in the battery to help Coach Lue's team make significant strides in 2024-2025.

The odds were shared by Bovada Sportsbook on Thursday. The odds for Lowry to join the Clippers this offseason were set at +180 by Bovada, a Costa Rica based online sportsbook and casino established in 2011.

They were based on the future proposition of where Lowry will play game one of the 2024-2025 season.

Other possibilities listed include the Los Angeles Lakers at +300 odds, the Phoenix Suns at +300, his former team the Toronto Raptors at +300, New Orleans Pelicans at +550, and Golden State Warriors at +600.

Lowry's 2023-2024, revisited

Lowry played his first and only season with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2023 and 2024. He averaged eight points per game while dishing out 4.6 assists and recording a little less than one steal per game. It was the 38-year-old combo guard's second consecutive season of less than 10 points per game, having previously scored 11.2 points per game in 2022-2023.

Lowry clearly isn't quite the same player he was back when the Raptors won it all in 2019, but he does have enough left in the tank to contribute for just about any team in the league. With so much uncertainty surrounding the future of players like Paul George, James Harden, and others on Coach Tyronn Lue's team, the question is whether they will find a way to bring him in.

Lowry still possesses a great feel for the game and is capable of playing under control at all times, giving his game a timeless element that should enable him to stay in the league for another 2-5 years or more should his body hold up in the process.
